Yoga is for everyone: the young, old, stiff, flexible, balanced, stressed, or anxious. Whether you have suffered from a physical or emotional trauma, want to improve your flexibility, or you are looking to add balance to your daily life and increase your energy level and life awareness, the teachings of Yoga can aid your process. By cultivating a practice of Asana (physical postures) and Pranayama (breath control) the body, mind and spirit will inevitably be united in a partnership.

Some of the benefits of yoga include:
• relief from back pain, knee injury, muscle tightness, depression, and anxiety.
• cleansing the body of mental, emotional and physical toxicity
• remembrance, trust and insight into ones true self

Andrea guides students to steady the breath, still the mind, and build strength in their yoga practice. Classes combine eclectic music, pranayama exercise, and constantly flowing movement that balance, tone, and purify the body. By cultivating self-awareness in all activities and efforts, even to the point of welcoming and accepting our limitations, we are taught to become less reactive.
