Cole Valley Fitness offers personal training services to gym members, as well as non-members. Whether you are joining a gym for the first time or a seasoned athlete, our team of qualified personal trainers can work with you to develop a program that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

New members are entitled to two (2) complimentary one-on-one training sessions with one of our staff personal trainers during the first thirty days of their membership, and one program review every three months. Membership renewals include one program review every three months.

After you have utilized your two complimentary training sessions and would like to continue working with one of our trainers, they are available for $50 to $60 an hour (depending on the trainer). As a special bonus, personal training packages of ten sessions are available at a discounted rate.
