Tamyra has been working
in the fitness industry since 2000, and has loved every
minute! She graduated with a degree in exercise science
and along the way picked up several different certifications,
including kettlebells, corrective exercise, bootcamp,
pre/post-natal, TRX, cycling, mat pilates, and olympic
lifting. Motivating people to make healthy changes
in their lives and celebrating achievements with clients
is the reason she has been a trainer for over 10 years.
She has worked with clients from a 9 year old baseball
player, to a 79 year old woman wanting to
stay healthy and injury free, and very often a busy,
works too much, sits at a desk, battling back pain,
wants to lose weight person. Tamyra believes you should
have fun, be motivated, and learn from your workouts!
