Pilates Mat Classes
Private & Duet Pilates Sessions
Pilates
is a mind-body type of exercise based on the principles
of Joseph H. Pilates. Instruction will be based
on the contemporary Stott Pilates method where
the aim is to build strength, flexibility and endurance
without the risk of injury. The focus will be on
core stability, neutral alignment and breathing.
The benefits of Pilates are longer, leaner muscles,
core strength and stability, better posture, improve
balance and coordination, and increase mind-body
awareness.
Mat class cost:
4-week series
- $70/person
Drop-ins welcome if class not filled @ $20 per class
Sign up for one or more of the following Mat class 4-week series:
Monday: Jan 9, 16, 23, 30 ~ 9:00-10:00am
Tuesday: Jan 10, 17, 24, 31 ~ 7:00-8:00pm
Wednesday: Jan 11, 18, 25, Feb 1~ 9:00-10:00am
- Mixed-level mat classes.
- Minimum of 4 people/maximum of 7 people.
- Payment due at signing up for series to reserve space.
- Classes without 4 people may be cancelled & payment refunded.
- No refunds or credits or transfers for missed classes.
- Non-members welcome.

10 package
- $600 (=$60 each)
Duet (2 trainees) session cost:
1 session
- $48 per person
5 package
- $225 (=$45 per session per person)
10 package
- $400 (=$40 per session per person)
- Sessions are 55 minutes using Balanced Body Pilates equipment.
- 24-hours notice required for no-cost cancellations.
- No refunds or credits or transfers for missed sessions.
