Pilates
is a mind-body type of exercise based on the principles
of Joseph H. Pilates. This class will be based
on the contemporary Stott Pilates method where
the aim is to build strength, flexibility and endurance
without the risk of injury. The focus will be on
core stability, neutral alignment and breathing.
The benefits of Pilates are longer, leaner muscles,
core strength and stability, better posture, improve
balance and coordination and increase mind-body
awareness.
Members: Cost for a one 4-week series

Non-members: Cost for a one 4-week series - $70/person
