     Pilates is a mind-body type of exercise based on the principles of Joseph H. Pilates. This class will be based on the contemporary Stott Pilates method where the aim is to build strength, flexibility and endurance without the risk of injury. The focus will be on core stability, neutral alignment and breathing. The benefits of Pilates are longer, leaner muscles, core strength and stability, better posture, improve balance and coordination and increase mind-body awareness.

Members: Cost for a one 4-week series - $60/person
  Cost for a one 5-week series - $75/person
  Cost for a one 6-week series - $90/person


Non-members: Cost for a one 4-week series - $70/person
          Cost for a one 5-week series - $87.50/person
          Cost for a one 6-week series - $105/person

Minimum of 4 people/ Maximum of 7 people

Mien Luong is a Certified Mat & Reformer Stott Pilates Instructor, a Certified Pre/post-natal Instructor and a Certified Strength & Fitness Trainer with a BS degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Fitness. Having trained and taught fitness for many years, Mien feels very passionate about the mind, body, spirit nature of the Pilates method and its benefits. She also offers Individual and Duet training in Mat Pilates.
