Achieve a well-organized body

Enhance the quality of your exercise and well-being. Relax, relieve stress, improve coordination and flexibility. Train to prevent injuries and improve the quality of your workout through The Feldenkrais Method® and Awareness Through Movement®

The Feldenkrais Method® of movement education was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984), and has a wide range of applications. Anyone wanting to reconnect with their natural abilities to move, think, and feel can benefit from this work – from athletes, artists, and performers to the general public. In Awareness Through Movement® (Feldenkrais®) classes, participants engage in structured explorations consisting of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into greater range and complexity for all levels of ability. The lessons help participants to discover habitual patterns through a dynamic learning process, while providing new options for increased comfort and efficiency in breath and motion, as well as improvement in self-perception.
